For Consultants and Facilitators
Use this route when clients expect actionable insight but contexts are sensitive enough that method boundaries, role clarity, and working boundary must be explicit. Consultants are often asked to be both trusted advisor and implementation engine; this path keeps those responsibilities clear.
What goes wrong when this is skipped
Without explicit boundary design, client work can drift into performative consensus, hidden evaluation, or methodology theater. That increases delivery risk, weakens participant trust, and makes downstream decisions harder to defend.
Typical triggers
- Clients ask for a template instead of context-specific design.
- Sponsor and operator roles are blended without clear authority boundaries.
- Sensitive participant populations require stronger consent and visibility safeguards.
- Multi-client or partner ecosystems require explicit handoff and accountability posture.
Account access boundary
Effective January 1, 2026, client Organization Account Admin access is reserved for employees of that organization. Consultants and facilitators may receive temporary, scoped non-admin access from the client's Organization Admin for a specific Project or engagement. Outside consultants and external practitioners gaining access to an Organization Account must also complete Spryng Data Security Training. Questions about that access: support@spryng.io.
