Dr. CarrieLynn Reinhard is Assistant Professor of Applied Communication at Dickinson State University. She studied with Brenda Dervin, creator of the Sense-Making Methodology (SMM), for her doctorate at Ohio State University.

Building on a lifetime of insights into human systems internationally, Barrett's organizational development and management expertise has developed around helping clients access their own unique wisdom, turning those insights into practical actions to achieve the outcomes that are important to them.

Glenda Eoyang is a pioneer in the applications of complexity science to human and organizational systems, and developed the concept of human systems dynamics (HSD) based on her theoretical and practical research. She is founder of The Human Systems Dynamics Institute (HSDI), an organization devoted to developing the theory and practice of human systems dynamics, and helping individuals and organizations cope with complexity and uncertainty.

Keith McCandless is co-developer of Liberating Structures, applying tiny microstructural changes in the way people meet, plan, research, decide and learn together. They quickly foster lively participation in groups of any size, making it possible to truly include and unleash everyone in shaping the future. Liberating Structures are a disruptive innovation that can replace more controlling or constraining approaches, and put innovative power in hands of everyone.

Dr. Robin Pharoah is an early pioneer of the use of anthropological thought and ethnographic research for research and innovation in the United Kingdom, and is particularly adept at working with 'hard to reach' populations locally and internationally to uncover new insights. He is a Director at Future Agenda, an open source think tank and advisory firm that runs the world's leading open foresight program, helping organisations identify emerging opportunities and make more informed decisions.

Ajay Reddy is the founder of Spryng.IO. He is a software engineer, data/AI architect, and process improvement coach whose expertise lies in designing services that equip organizations with sensemaking data, quantitatively rich story data that provides a foundation for wise decisions and effective actions through Active Sensemaking. Ajay enjoys helping teams discover shared purposes, foster continuous learning, and create conditions for successful outcomes.
