What is a credit?
Credits are the basic Spryng unit of value for obtaining addons and special services. A credit on average is about USD $0.10 (10 Cents). You can use credits for collecting, redacting, transcribing, or translating a response and for other listed services. These work like a bank account, with different kinds of initiatives drawing down a user’s balance of credits. It is always possible to purchase more credits.
What is a Collector?
A collector is the portal through which people share their experiences. When a survey is made live the collectors receive experiences from people via computer/web, mobile phone, tablet or other internet enabled devices. There are two kinds of surveys: anonymous (allowing anyone who has a collector link to respond) and panel (can be optionally pseudonmized for privacy).
How does upgrading the account work?
A Demonstrator account can be upgraded to a Project or Organization Account anytime during the twelve months. Upgrading to a Project account will extend the subscription period to 1 year from the time of the upgrade.
E.g., If you started a Demonstrator account with an Employee Experience Initiative on January 1st of 2024 and decided to upgrade to a Project account on June 30th of 2024. You will have until July 1st of 2025 to work on the Employee Experience Initiative with your Project account with the ability to do an additional research project.
